These Commercial Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales of pre-owned luxury watches and related accessories carried out by:

Mint Value s.r.o. specialises in the sale of pre-owned luxury watches. Viewings and purchases are conducted individually, either in person or remotely (distance purchase).

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of § 1732 of the Czech Civil Code.

The purchase contract is concluded when the Buyer receives a written order confirmation or a proforma invoice issued by the Seller.

By confirming the order or paying the invoice, the Buyer confirms that they have reviewed these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Complaints Procedure.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on the website include all applicable taxes and fees.

The final price will always be confirmed in the issued invoice.

Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. Goods are dispatched or released only after full payment is received.

4. Viewing Options & Distance Purchases

The Buyer may purchase the product:

• in person at the boutique by appointment, or
• remotely (distance purchase) based on an invoice and insured courier delivery.

For distance purchases, the Buyer receives detailed photographs, videos, condition reports and all relevant information. By submitting payment, the Buyer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the described condition of the product.

5. Delivery & Transfer of Risk

Goods are delivered via reputable insured courier services or may be collected in person.

The risk of damage passes to the Buyer at the moment of receipt from the courier or upon personal handover.

The Buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment immediately after delivery and report any transport damage to both the carrier and the Seller without delay.

6. Returns

Returns are not accepted for either in-person or distance purchases.

The Buyer may exercise statutory rights regarding defects (“odpovědnost za vady”) in accordance with the Czech Civil Code — limited strictly to defects that existed at the time of delivery.

Returns based on change of mind, dissatisfaction, or subjective expectations are not possible.

7. Liability for Defects (Odpovědnost za vady)

The Seller is responsible only for defects that the product had at the moment the Buyer received it, in accordance with §§ 2099–2117 of the Civil Code.

For pre-owned goods, the Buyer may exercise statutory rights regarding defects within 12 months from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Czech Civil Code.

The Seller does not provide a commercial (manufacturer-type) warranty unless explicitly stated.

If the original manufacturer’s warranty is still valid, the Buyer may contact the manufacturer or authorised service centre directly (where applicable).

All claims are handled according to the Seller’s Complaints Procedure.

8. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Act No. 110/2019 Sb. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

The contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Consumer disputes may be resolved out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), www.coi.cz.
